If you're translating an rpgmaker game by editing the text in rpgmaker then you should have enough familiarity to set up on event somewhere to add levels/money/stats/etc. Just make sure to give it a confirmation box stating exactly what it does, we don't need another vitamin quest where people didn't know that searching the crystal maxed them out. If you're using that one program that just inserts text without needing rpgmaker then I don't think you can. If you're translating something that isn't rpgmaker or a similar engine then I have no idea.
