I tried to go back to the tba games on emulator but it feel really impersonal, I couldn't bring myself to care about the characters as much or they cared about one another. I think i've finally decided how I want to build my team. at 5 star my +atk -spd Nino can one shot an average health Takuma with just rally attack. double attacks hector and survives with one health if she has Nowis defense buff. One shots Camilla with every buff and Nowis res debuff or just double attacks her with only 1 other buff even if she's +res

her only problem is against red which is solved with two blues and Sherena can protect Nowi from Falchions

Ninos spirit bomb will do 68+5 from Nowis res debuff before res and the weapon triangle.

What was your closest arena match, and did you win it?

This happened to me earlier today.

Is it a confirmed thing that the points you get in an arena match are only affected based on the units you used? You don't get more points for keeping units alive or winning in less turns right? I ask because I did a full chain of 7 wins all on advanced with 4 bonus units and I'm still only rank 2400. Do I just need to get lucky with facing strong teams?

Took me awhile to complete Hard Narcian map with Femui, Leo, Jeorge and Wrys. Get Femui to tank the chokepoint, have Wrys stay behind, get Jeorge into the forest to bait Narcian and then get Leo to savage blow them. Retreat back to the bottom right corner and kite and heal respectively.

I don't have a Hector though, I have Lucina, Robin, and Clarine. I've had Lucina and Robin do all the heavy lifting with Shareena being a decoy/tank most of the time but now she's completely useless.

Best gameplay is Conquest, Best story is probably Sacred Stones. Conquest has the worst story by far. Sacred Stones is extremely easy but I feel it has good map design and gameplay. Worst gameplay probably goes to the originals honestly. Awakening isn't very refined gameplay wise, its just mediocre in both story and gameplay but overall is fun and replayable.

Stones' story was too short and on the generic side but it did have some legitimately good elements.

Lyon was one of the better villains in the series and his dynamic with the lords was a lot deeper and more interesting than what shit we usually get.

Is Robin a better unit than Linde on a team with Tiki/Takumi/Hector? She seems strong but Robin's bonus against colorless units is good.

Why IS Wrys rated so low, anyway? All a healer should need to be considered good is Rehabilitate, and Wrys doesn't even need to use Reconcile to be healed when he heals people.

I would say Lissa is better though, I think Kindled-Fire Balm is better than Heavenly Light, neither of them really need Imbue since they have Rehabilitate.
