I can't get the quiver without doing a fuckload of skilling, notably, getting like 30 divination levels, blowing a bunch of charms getting to 88 summoning, grinding hunter, etc. on top of the quests that I don't have.

None of that solves the quest problem, however. I'd need to do almost all of the Vampyre quests since it requires Legacy of Seergaze, so even if I boosted hunter with Oo'glog springs and had the other skill requirements it'd still be a moot point.

Super Restores are a waste of a slot when you're using overloads because they refresh every 15 seconds. You don't need to counteract brew drain directly.
Holy Overloads are both overloads and prayer renewals and don't need a dungeoneering page to get. If you're going to be using both potions you have no reason to not use them and save space.
Sixth Age Circuit is outclassed in stats by Asylum Surgeon or even Ring of Death, but for Kiln the only ring you should be using is the Tokkul-Zo.
