At the time, they had it where a 6 pull would give you a guaranteed EX unit. Those EX units varied in quality between win the game and worse than common shit.

You basically go through the entire download, tutorial, download thing. Then you get about 140 currency when you need 300 for a 6 pull. Doing each stage gets you a maximum of 3 gems that you need out of the 300, so it takes fucking forever.

It's roughly the equivalent of needing to complete both normal and hard story on this before you get to do your very first pull.

Since you have to get good units or you literally hit a wall where you will be unable to beat human opponents that have them.

It's basically a board game version of capture the flag, and they'll have units that move more spaces in a turn, can teleport or trade locations across the map, and can pass through spaces that are being occupied by your units. If you just have garbage, it's impossible to win.

Dual Attack and Pair Up are separate things in Fates, and are mutually exclusive
Units next to each other will dual attack (second unit will attack after the first one) while paired up units will defend each other (automatically for opponents' dual attacks or for normal attacks once the guard bar has filled up)

It's pretty easy to figure out but it's not well explained unless you see it happen
