I haven't found anything about converting the sound files to a different format, but I did find a wiki about those ssbp files in the unit folders. I don't know if this is useful at all or not for getting the sprites instead of having to piece them together yourself.

You'll rarely get good use of the defense debuff skill since any enemy attacked by Roy will usually die to any other attack.

He's honestly really good. He's got great all around growths and his Sword of Seals is good for baiting out attacks, as Roy is durable enough to take a few hits, even disadvantaged.

Roy is kinda average until you get to the higher end content, then he really shines. His defense debuff skill is amazing. Pairs wonderfully with Camilla or Lyn.
