So I have never played this game. However I played Overwatch for a short time, and Paragon recently and I enjoyed it. Will I enjoy this moba if I like those ones or is it completely different feel and everything?

as a zyra main, i think the zyra nerfs are pretty reasonable and i hope people stop playing her as much so i can be a special snowflake again.

the funny thing is, the targeting change was noticed and talked about a whole lot by mains as soon as her rework came through and everyone called for her to be nerfed because of her absurd damage.

but instead of changing her targeting to make her present herself as a target for the opponent, they just nerfed damage and cdr and killed her solo lane presence so now you HAVE to play zyra as a support instead of in lane or as a memejungler.

Hit the nail on the head there. Her plant targetting was definitely the problem (losing 1/2 of my health after not getting hit by any spells was not fun) and Riot addressed everything but that. I mean, I still have nightmares about release Zyra with the literally undodgeable instant nuke+knockup ultimate but it sucks that she can't be played mid but massively crowds out almost every other support.

If you freeze Akali's lane she's fucking useless. Laugh at her as she gets her gunblade at 20+ minutes. There's a reason shes shit tier compared to all the other assassins. I mean you can't really freeze her lane unless you're ranged, but even then a scepter and her passive and she's back to full HP in a few hits. And its kind of hard to not run from her when shes dealing both magic and physical damage at once, so it's impossible to itemize against her early burst. She's also impossibly sticky, with 3 charges of her ult the second she hits 6, as well as the blink (albeit a small one) from her stealth. If you're playing blind, you're almost always going to be playing a losing lane unless you're fucking darius or maybe lee.

I have ranked anxiety so I hardly ever play ranked, and when I do, I always get trolls. I have lost 5 of my 12 games played thanks to trolls/inting players.

Should I even bother anymore? I have a stupid high ratio and I just can't deal with it. I got placed in gold 5 and I'm not going anywhere even though I feel im doing as best I can to win.

In my first ranked today I had an adc who kept trying to 1v5 and then just now I had a inting mid lee who stole my jungle pick. I said nothing to him until he starting killing himself.

Decoy makes it so she can't pop the mark and you can just walk back to your creepwave, you have a targetted gap closer that goes through even if she shrouds, and you can just swing your big monkey dick ult around in her shroud if she tries to hide.
