Looks decent. Obviously your hands could use work, facial details are whatever. Idk what the fuck those forehead bumps are on Chara's head on that left picture but that should change. I like the left picture's perspective on the feet, but it looks sloppy on the right. Overall maybe try to make things less flat and blocky, and work on adding details to stuff like the legs. DFanon's stuff was pretty solid

It's a shame though, there are so many good ideas to exploit. Coping with losses through relative optimism with King Papyrus, Orwellian neon-nightmare with Mettaton, Underground warrior nation with Undyne, Toriel re-establishing connection with her former subjects, there's a lot of potential good ideas.

Some wouldn't even require the titular character, like an Empress Undyne fic which would be centered around Frisk's constant paranoia throughout the years on the surface, always terrified of Undyne suddenly busting the door down.

That's tough. The Omega Flowey fight is probably the most fun I had playing Undertale. The Asgore fight is perfectly set-up and listening to Bergentruckung still gives me chills. The Asriel fight was emotional and a great final resolution to the game. I never did Genocide so I can't comment on the Sans fight.

Trying to be objective, I guess I'd rank them Asgore > Asriel > Omega Flowey but I found them equally enjoyable for different reasons.
