Teams are usually shit like 5 platinums vs 5 silvers, completely unbalanced, there's no auto team scrambler or anything.

Or they fuck the matchmaking because some faggot brings his level 5 friends into ranked via a party.

And getting the exact amount of points for winning/losing is beyond fucking retarded, I play 6-8 games per session and I usually lose half of them so at the end im left exactly at the same place where I started. I've been stuck on silver 3 since like the beginning of the season because I get 14 points per victory and 14 points per defeat, so I effectively need to win over 10 games in a row to leave, and because I'm high level, I get matched with faggots which are like platinum or golds while my entire team is silver, its fucking impossible to leave this elohell.

People say that levels don't matter but ubisoft explicitly stated that they fucking matter more than rank, they said that the matchmaking info of every player is linked to their level, and that their matchmaking system was working as intended despite pairing peoples from completely different ranks because it was looking at matchmaking info instead of rank.

And then you get matched with a level 5, which is a CONFIRMATION that the system is not working as intended, there's an exploit in it, there's something that it wasn't accounting for and so it breaks down. How can they compare the info from a level 5 player (who shouldn't even be able to join a ranked game) with the info of a level 150 player who has 400 hours in the game?

I just did ranked today for the first time and ended silver 4. Every game I lose I drop a full rank and every win I gain a full rank right now.

Meaning that a lucky shitter getting carried by his team will have a disproportionate skill level and gets dumped in games where he has no business being, plus the other way around, someone who's high skill but loses a lot of games gets dumped in games vs. newbies.

How do I Capitao/Hibana effectively? I usually play Thermite/Thatcher on attack because I'm a objectivecuck but I've grown really tired of faggots taking attacking roles and underperforming.

Been getting some double digit kills with them but my gadget usage is pretty garbage, I rarely get to use Capitao crossbow so might as well play Sledge/Buck. It's satisfying as fuck to get a lethal bolt kill though.

I mentioned in the other thread I was gonna redownload and play some of The Division.

It was alright tbqh, it still plays very similar, the bullet spongeyness doesn't seem nearly as bad and there seemed to be a lot of improvements in the loot system and actually having shit to do other than wank around in the dark zone.

Well yeah, but it really streamlined the gear progression, it's still got kinda silly combat but it's fun in its own way [hot opinions]. I think 'MMO aspects' is a bit of a misnomer but I think I understand what you mean. From what I played today it seemed like success was a little less reliant on rigidly having the holy trinity Tank/Heals/DPS and a bit more on everyone fighting but also dropping their skills as appropriate.In short: better than it was and kinda nice for a bit of low pressure lazy operating where I'm not sweating in the dark over every crack of the floorboards, performing advanced trigonometry and clairvoyance to win angles.

There's an element of pacing to using his shield now, you can't just hold a window indefinitely because you'll get prefired and killed pretty quickly now since your shield is wider than where you can shoot from. You can still hold windows and harder angles, but you have to do it quickly and reposition if you think you've been spotted or called out.
