Pretty much random. There seem to be ranges of rolls where values cluster, Low medium high, and small variance on those. Also, double stats can "roll high" because they have no third stat, three stats, two or three positive with one negative to boost the other two/three

Look up the datamined disposition of each Riven to get a feel for how high rolls can go I.e. Sybaris has a .895 disp and a roll around %165*0.895=147.7% damage

Do solo. Become Ember or Mirage. Prepare your neck for Nidus in every mission. Most of randoms will take builds, that require to press one button for tons of damage. This thread prefer that too and even mostly say you, that everything else is unplayable. And when they would be putted with their nose in not so boring yet plaable builds, they start telling you that "it's unplayable relatively to our op builds, i hope i never meet you" and other stuff, as they play in farming simulator 2000 instead of shooter/slasher about robotic ninja in space.

It's a grinding game and a time based game when creating items, weapons, and the armor you use (Warframes). All of these things can be obtained through the game from resources and the blueprints that drop them.

If you think this as to slow or impatient then you can be a shitter and spend thousands of dollars on Platnium to get everything instantly.

the only reason to use a simulor is when using mirage.

The only reason multishot is bad is because you're not using mirage.

Using multishot on simulor with mirage simply allows for more stacks to be created at once. Instead of firing once to make a single stack of 3, you fire twice to make 3 stacks of 4. A gargantuan DPS increase for the weapon.

Because of the 3 frames with loot augment capabilities, Nekros Hydroid and Atlas, Atlas's skill takes the longest to take effect, not to mention it does no actual damage of its own. You must;
Activate the skill
Track an enemy until its frozen a few seconds later
Deactivate the skill
Kill the enemy
Rinse and repeat.

Nekros might have half the chance to loot shit but he can kill 10x as many enemies which averages out to about 5x as much loot as atlas, and hydroid can activate tentacles and then do damage immediately afterward with no deactivation cooldown between.

I just tested split vs no, and no noticeable difference in damage using blast/magnetic against a lvl 100 heavy gunner. Maybe deviance in the "dot" effects from being near the combined orbs.

The damage comes from when the orbs combine, the "per stack" damage and not from the bottom two numbers. Another element would 100% be better, or more status for dem procs.

Alright alright, you're clearly new so maybe I was wrong for assuming you weren't retarded. This is why multishot is bad on Simulor:

1) Simulor damage comes from the explosion when orbs merge.
2) Once 4 orbs merge, it creates a vortex that sucks in nearby things and deals minor damage over time.
3) This damage over time is negligible, because, like said before, Simulor damage comes from the merge.
4) Multishot makes the simulor orbs automatically combine. It does NOT create an explosion. All multishot does is decrease the number of orbs for the vortex from 4 down to 2, which is useless (since the vortex is useless, see 3)

You've closed in too close on enemy lines. You need to disengage reload, and strategize your next move. Then I respawn, or am revived, and the cycle continues anew, because I'm fucking addicted to it.
