How Sombra will work in CTF?

Literally just the hack cool down, and 0.2 seconds off its cast time, which has never been her problem.

Blizz clearly thinks people don't hack enemies enough. The reason people don't bother hacking anything but health kits with Sombra isn't because of its cool down, it's because she announces herself leaving stealth, can't do anything for a fraction of a second leaving stealth, and can't 1v1 a single full health hero even if she does hack them first. You may as well leave stealth and do some damage rather than wasting your time hacking then teleport out. Especially as it's not a full stun. Anas sleep dart completely incapacitates someone for 5 seconds of uninterrupted, many other stuns in game leave you incapable of even moving for their duration, but Sombra's hack just knocks out active abilities (which half the time were probably on cool down anyway) and prevents ults, for only 6 seconds which isn't especially impressive. A competent player can manage without their abilities for 6 seconds, it's not even as long as most cool downs. Hacking someone is literally better than if the same person used an ability ineffectively and had to wait for its cool down. Sombra herself has no other ability but to teleport away, so hacking in a 1v1 just means neither of you have any abilities to help win the fight and every hero on the roster can out damage you. She simply can't follow it up, the advantage a hack would give her is useless for a character who's DPS is shit due to her ridiculous spread. Not to mention she can be interrupted while casting the hack.

Her ult is actually quite good, and is useful for a team fight because it's basically unavoidable if you're in range and there's no real cast time to it. But her ineffectiveness everywhere else is what let's her down.

Tightening her spread to up her DPS would mean she could follow up a hack, but you'd still likely just see Sombra go for the kill instead of wasting time on a hack first.
