Most of the people in the clan and in the /vg/ chat are usually pretty okay to play with, as much as there's shitposting about it, I don't think anyone actually checks for shit like win rates or other stats. A lot of the time there's just other factors to why someone might not be divisioning, maybe they don't want to play with someone who doesn't have certain tiers or they're only looking to grind one in particular, sometimes people just aren't interested in playing at all at the time, maybe they're busy playing with friends, maybe it's someone they had a bad experience playing with in the past.

All of this whining about BOTES not playing in a div with non-BOTES needs to stop. It is not because BOTES members don't want to play with non-BOTES members. Part of it is because they were already acquainted with each other and find it comfy to div together, or they answered to a call for a div in the /wowsg/ Discord. It really isn't as cancerous as people think and it serves as a platform for forming divs much better than that broken slavic piece of shit chatroom ingame.

I can tell you right now that the BOTES clan chatroom ingame is seldom used because everyone is in both the /vg/ chatroom and /wowsg/ Discord anyway. I haven't played with every single person in the clan yet, and though I do want to eventually, I still believe that the main reason why some of us in or out of BOTES can't play with each other is because of timezones, and preferred playing time.

From what I've noticed in the past couple of months since becoming NA BOTES clan lead is that primetime for most of the clan is usually around high noon to 3 pm PST. I can't play during that time, and I usually end up playing solo, or with anons in the Discord server. Sometimes they are BOTES members, sometimes they aren't. Sometimes I jump into divs with people outside of /wowsg/. Some of them I'm friends with before BOTES was even formed as a clan. But in any of the above cases, I played in a div with them not caring about their stats whatsoever, rather because it was enjoyable just playing together.

Though I would agree that there are a few anons out there that do play for muh WR and muh STATS and I don't blame them. If that's what makes them happy, then let them be. I can't speak for everyone's own reasoning for divving or not divving with others because it differs from anon to anon. But the last thing you should ever do is feel alienated from a div because you think all [BOTES] members won't div with you.

Now that I've tried Priority Target as a Stealth build USN BB, my chances of getting hit by torpedoes went down considerably.

Getting the knowledge of when you are getting targeted by invisible DDs for a torp strike is so powerful.

Knowing when torps are in the water is one thing. Knowing exactly when those are in the water is fantastic.

Thoughts on this for Bismarck? Been running it with great success. That AR bonus with BFT once you start hitting 50% HP can really be felt. You're basically shoot a storm of iron at the enemy.

SI is really good, but you could make the argument that killing the enemy faster in a brawl thanks to BFT makes up for it. Also it depends on whether you really use 5 repair parties, since a lot of games 4 is enough.

Basically a guaranteed 10% boost to secondaries every game, vs a what-if scenario that happens once every 5 or 10 games where you actually get to use all repair parties, and the game hasn't been decided by the time you use the 4th repair party.

My reasoning, at least.
