Are Shadow Priests as fun to play as they seem? I really want to play a semi mobile Range DPS as my alt (I currently tank so I dont want to be rooted to the floor as RDPS or up the bosses ass as Melee)

They seem pretty mobile and I like how all 3 T100s are viable in certain situtations.

So far anons have told me they are pretty fun and not complete turrets (Though they get fucked a bit if they need to move)

Any other thoughts? I'm pretty much sold

Reposting from the last thread, playing a fire mage and randomly my flamestrike is just invisible and wont show the fire pillar or the ground effect. Repaired the game files, updated my graphics, restarted, went back to default settings etc etc. Nothing seems to fix it. Any advice or is it a known bug in the game itself?

For those of you farming stuff for engineering goggles, I find a nice trick.

There seems to be some sort of ICD, like 20-30 mins I think. And I believe you can't get more than 2 per hour. But if you kill a bunch of shit w/o looting, then loot when you got a pile of corpses up to your knees, then you have a chance to get a bunch at once.

Am I the only one playing with anticipation and shadow focus on Sub? You can always fit in 3 Shadow Strikes. The new anticipation helps with combo point overflow, which was one of my major gripes before 7.1.5. It feels a lot faster this way too. Less pooling and shit.

How is this still in the game? I'm ok with monks being mobile in PVE material but when you can just endlessly kite forever with your low CD mobility moves in a PVP setting that's simply not fair

Rets can pump out a fuckload of DPS sure, but they only do top dps when everything lines up in their favor. Their set bonus is SHIT (Only 5-6% more DPS unless they have good legendaries) and they will not be getting any new trinkets in Nighthold (FCM/Arcanocrystal is still BiS without a retardo lucky Titanforge)

The only way the they hit top of the meters in Mythic Nighthold is if
>Fight requires them to move extremely little, and allows them 45s windows of doing nothing but standing still
>Their Crusade lines up with an +damage taken phase WHILE being able to be used on CD for the rest of the fight
>The add phase stacks with a Crusade WHILE it is able to be used on CD for the rest of the fight
>One of their Crusades stacks with a potion and Heroism

DK dps is super lego dependant. Unholy, BoS frost, and icy talons frozen pulse frost are all competitive depending on what legendaries you have. Fourth lesson for UH, Seal of Necrofantaisia for BoS frost, and whiteout bindings for IT FP frost.
