Aggro shadow is too reliant on a perfect draw to end the game before you run out of steam. Try playing aggro shadow in AA and above. Everyone is carrying some form of removal or wards, the only exception being daria. Even aggro blood has wards now with veight and yurius acting as a soft ward.

Couple that with demonic strike and storm and DoD and you get shitload of burn.

Shadow's only major reliable "burn" damage is 11 howl/Cerberus combo, which doesn't always come out or isn't always enough for lethal.

A 3 pp 2/2 is shit for aggro, you need followers that stick on the board and can deal consecutive damage like bone chimera or aggressively statted followers like Rabbit Necromancer. Angel is decent only because it can be used to deal with aggro blood, it's not an aggro card.

After playing this game for a month and a half, and then going back to HS, I noticed that this game is way too simplistic. The game puts too much emphasis on tempo, which makes most games become who gets the better curve or cards. This also means there is little decision making involved, since 90% of the time your best play is the on curve play. In HS this stuff only tends to be common when it comes to aggro and midrange decks, but with reno decks all over the place, you really need to figure out how much you play for tempo and how much for value.
