Alright, so my Computer Science course started last week. Obviously the class is 80% male, but there was one particularly cute girl that I caught looking at me a few times during lecture. I consider myself a pretty average dude and haven't dated anyone since high school, but I worked up the courage to go talk to her. We had a really nice conversation on our way to the bus stop.

Fast forward to this week. I got to lecture early and took a seat. A few moments later she comes up and sits next to me (massive score). We talk for a little while and are having some nice discussion. She seems pretty interested in me and everything just seemed to be coming natural and going well.

Being a computer science class, it's pretty expected that most of the students play video games of some sort. At one point she asked me what games I play. I responded with, "For the last few years it's really just been League, StarCraft, and some Hearthstone."

She started giggling and glanced away.

I ask what she was laughing about with a little bit of a nervous laugh.

She responses with, and I shit you not,
"So do you like, dress up in dumb costumes and fight with strangers?"

I tried to explain that that wasn't the case at all and how the community reacted to those ads. It didn't matter though, it was all over. A few minutes later she saw one of her friends come in and went to go sit by her.

I hit legend most seasons and im just completely burnt out this month, hit rank 1 in the first 6 days but then lost to shamans and pirate warriors over and over again in losses i couldn't control. I just don't want to play anymore, the grind isn't fun. I try to do the best i can every game but sometimes you just cant stop the bleeding because their decks are unstoppable when they draw well enough. I get that that's been a common thing throughout hearthstone's lifespan because interaction with the other player is at a minimum for a card game but jesus christ when the fucking shaman kills me on turn 4 because he got flametongue and all the cheap chargers in his deck it's the stupidest fucking shit and why is shaman still good blizzard ahhh totem golem ahhhhhhhh

If you already have the evolves, Jade golems evolve super well with their scaling mana cost, etc. The trick is to think of evolve not as a condition for building a board, but as a heal for after you've done trading, etc. Assuming you are new, this means that things that tend to survive an attack are really good with evolve.

The extra gold/dust you get playing arena and going 5 wins on average is usually about the same amount you would get playing ladder and farming the 10 gold/3 wins and just buying packs.

Really it's up to you if you like arena gameplay, but if someone is torturing themselves over arena or can't manage more than 5 win runs on average they're literally wasting their time.

Would this fix Small-Time?
It prevents the player from using STB while removing the early opponent threat from the board with a weapon.

I don't know if I worded it clearly, but it reduces the attack of the weapon by 2 as an aura effect. So if STB dies, you gain back the attack. And if your weapon has only 1 attack, STB gains only 1 attack.

I had a similar experience on wild while playing some Rez N'Zoth Nigger Priest against a mill rogue. My deck was greedy as fuck because why not? So he would have milled me really freaking hard.
I managed to get my hands on 2 Gang ups thanks to Shifting Shades and the game was a ridiculous tight call. I ended up forcing a tie thanks to an Entombed Coldlight. Would have lost due to fatigue on my next turn so I entombed it, dealt enough damage to have his 2 fatigue cards kill him and played the Coldlight.

The game was full of back and forths. Really intense and one of my dearest memories in Shitstone. I really love that Wild isn't popular so you face all kinds of decks no matter what rank.
