A wheel with two 18% gems and the 18% Arc gem isn't bad for non-DLC NG content.
Two chalice Rom 10% radial Nourishings and the 9% Clinic shortcut Nourishing is sufficient too.

Serious question, if church pick was so good, why isn't it more popular? Just aesthetics? Personally, I love the look of it so its damage, smooth moveset, and versatility are just great bonuses.
