Anyone here has any experience with NTR Launcher?

I own a CycloDS and wanted to try it, but after the NDS boot screen, it goes all white and nothing happens. I googled a bit and some people on leddit also had some issues and they were fixed by either only inserting the cart after the NDS boot screen or by downgrading NTR Launcher to 1.7, I tried both options and neither worked

The SD card on it, despite being ancient, still works (plugged on my PC and it was fine), the firmware is the lastest one available (2.3), my 3DS is running 11.2 Luma+A9LH

The only thing I couldn't test was if the actual flashcart is working cause my DSLite is broken. Anything else I could attempt?

Powersave: on; Brightness on 5; WiFi On; Sound maxed; no 3D effect, and finally, there was a cartridge on. Put the eShop, and let it ran, obviously opened. The battery lasted around 4hs and 30 minutes, approximately.

If you delete the game, you will lose your save data (if you dont back it up) as well as the game itself.

You can delete it with data management in system settings, or FBI by using titles, the game, delete title.

Use PSNPatch to disable CFW syscalls and clear history before connecting to PSN. Don't run any homebrew after disabling syscalls.

It didn't happen to me, but I simply pasted the contents of the old folder into the new folder, however every time it asked me to subscribe a file I always selected "no". FBI shows me some savefiles, but I have no idea how to make my 3ds recognize them.

After getting a Japanese O3DSXL and installing all the homebrew stuff, I've found I can't agree to streetpass terms for some reason. Like if I open up Smash4 and try to connect to the net, it brings up the user agreement, but no matter how many times I TRY to agree, and the system saying it's saving the setting, I can't connect, and it prompts me to agree again. Is something fucked? I speak fluent Japanese so it's not me just reading prompts incorrectly.

I can't get this game's DLC to load at all even though the patch works fine.
I've tried enabling game patching in Luma and using Luma Applocale Switcher (both with the game and the DLC).
Later I tried the same with NTR and its plugin folder.

Should I visit the DLC shop or something? Is it safe to visit another region's shop with my NNID?

To be honest, the R4 is probably a clone. The original R4 stopped being made around 2008~2009, so bootleggers used that opportunity to make cheaper clones of it with all kinds of different names (R4i, R4SDHC, R4 Gold, etc), so the build quality is a bit worse but I think they'll still work fine and last a few years. Even the "premium" flashcarts like the Cyclo and the DSTwo still die someday. They were good in the past when you could use them to emulate stuff, but nowadays if you are just looking to play NDS games on a 3DS, go with the cheap ones

It's Earthbound from the Freeshop - the original game doesn't need fixing with anything (like FFV/VI and others do), so I just grabbed it from there. I made SMT I, SMT II, Breath of Fire 2 and Terranigma as injects though.

SMT I is patched with Orden's translation and the auto-map patch. SMT II is patched with Aeon's patch (the only one, I think). Terranigma didn't need anything.

To Phoenix Write anon from last thread about restoring old save files and games.

This is probably an unorthadox way to do it but it seems to work this far and I have restored saves and games.

I made backups of both the old Nintendo 3DS folders. After that I merged the old folder on top of the new one but kept files seperated and did not do any merges.

As seen in picture two files who didn't merge where import and title in the dsb folder. When I exchanged the title files I managed to regain my games, but lost the CFW content.

I figured it must be some registry problem between the two files so I decided to keep the Old title file and I retraced the installing of the CFW files with the FBI injector through hourglass9 and right now I have both the games and CFW files.

I have no idea if this is a 100% safe solution but both FBI and HBL seem to work along with my save files and games.

pygecko remains something of a nuisance to use, don't bother formatting a perfectly fine card thats an idiot filter to ensure a working card.
You may also have to fiddle with the setting of xbxgecko a great deal since it was originally tuned to loadiine offsets.
If you want to backup saves from a usb install use saviine and boot the game, it will be dumped to pc.

I have a 16 gb card that has 12 vita games on it, plus 3 or 4 psp games. Other homebrew, like emulators takes up the same space as it does on any other hardware, and applications like Moonlight, vitashell and whatnot are just a few megs each.

I've had the same 16 gb card for years and it's plenty of space for me, but if you absolutely need to have everything on one card you'll have to pay the price for it or wait until third party memory cards are reverse engineered. Oh, and usb access was recently patched into vitashell, so you can move stuff around on your vita's card faster and without having to mess with qcma or anything.

Yes, you can emulate other controls on the psp pad with the right stick just like any normal psp emu on a vita, plus you can get actual dual analogue control in certain games that were patched, like GTA liberty city stories.

Adrenaline is a functioning psp emu that you'll be using to play psp stuff already. Runs ps1 games just like PSP did. There's also a ps1 emulator that was ported as part of retroarch which runs pretty well already. Hopefully it will run even better and support plugins in the future.

Yeah it just happened today, I was playing just random games yesterday just to see if they would work and now they are suddenly gone except for one for some reason. Can't access freeshop, hbg, and luma since they are gone.

Yesterday I was having trouble downloading some games if that might have something to do with it. They were larger files and were giving me errors when they were finishing up. I'm also using a 128 micro sd card.

I'm trying to transfer the Half Minute Hero demo from my PS3 to my Vita so I can get Adrenaline, but it's not showing up under PSP/Other under Applications. What gives? My PS3 is on the latest OFW and my Vita is spoofed to be the latest.
