The Dios cheese team is being used by almost everybody right now because (surprise surprise) everyone has a Dios now and the team isn't super hard to make. The scores around the boundary are saturated with Dios shitters but a safe crown score with him still takes a good amount of luck to pull off. Dios is definitely an easy 10% if that's all you need.

Scarlet, Markab, double killer Tsubaki and Ares are decent subs too. RSonia can be used as a board change or an inherit, but Urd is much better for that role if you ever get her. Silk is also an amazing enhance for Krishna teams.

So I unlocked all the +99 dungeons in PADR but Noah and I still need 12 more blue medals to get it.

Urd #2, Napoleon, RValk, Tsubaki, Ame no Uzeme, Freyr, Minerva, ROdin, Gadius

Jormungandr typically, or the Christmas dungeons if they're around and you want skillups for other stuff in there.
Jormungandr is also pretty nice during 10x + events too, and can be a decent poverty sub for rainbow teams.

Situational. Krishna rarely needs a shield with the amount of HP you have, but Napoleon is great in certain scenarios. Ame is a very nice bind cleric if you need that utility. ROdin is there for dealing with Predra floors or similar annoyances.

Generally speaking, I would use Urd#2 or perhaps Tsubaki for general use, for their nice suite of awakenings and actives. Those other three are all great options to cover whatever you might need though. If you need two utility cards, I'd swap out Urd for the second one (normally I'd keep Urd over Leilan since she makes hearts, but Uriel combos with Leilan and not Urd. It's your preference).

You could also run Gadius instead of Urd if you want to combo with Uriel better. Generally I prefer Urd though. Freyr's damage boost is mostly unnecessary for Krishna, and RValk isn't quite as good as your other options.
