/lolg/, I need some advice.
I came back to league from a long hiatus. Hit D3 at my peak. I decided I wanted to try again for diamond this season, I lost all my placements and got put into silver 4. I climbed up to plat 3 in a month of grinding out a lot of games, but then for the past 3 days or so I've been getting the worst rng teams I've ever experienced in my entire MOBA career. I played dota casually for 4-5 years as well as having spammed enough league to get D3, so I've played a lot of games and this week has been by far the worst teams I have ever played with in my life.

So basically in the course of 3-4 days I've dropped from P3 to P5 and my mmr has hit the shitter. I'm at 0 Lp and I'm now being queued with low golds and even a silver here or there.

I have games where I can go 5-0-x in the jungle but still manage to lose because someone gets caught - despite me pinging them away from their position. Just shitty games like that for the past ~50 games back to back.

My friends tell me that my account is officially in elo hell and that I'm going to be stuck for the rest of the season. Give me some advice guys, how do I climb out of this?

I've got an 80% win rate on my main in Plat 1 in solo and a 52% win rate on my main in gold 2 in flex. Shits hard in low elo. Finding a decent duo can greatly reduce the pain of being in the shitter.

If you're stuck you either have bad luck or need to improve. If you're carrying around 60-70%+ of games eventually you will get rating but the thing is you might as well lose the next 8 games without you being able to do anything about it.

Even when I was boosting accounts on silver I had sometimes that I lost 6 times in a row, but overal my winrate there is around 70-80%.

The real problem is time in this game. If you want to just climb a little you need so much time or a massive luckstreak.

You can't know what mistakes you're making (besides super obvious ones). Most of the mistakes you make will be unknown unknowns and will remain invisible to you no matter how many times you rewatch a game.

Never worry about the performance of your teammates. Statistically you'll have at least one lane lose every game. This should not effect your winrate. If you don't know how to manage winning/losing/lost lanes you should probably not lean on jungle as its the single most important role.

If you play jungle, and your laners are bad and having no wave control whatsoever, it's really hard to do a gank. In return, it's really easy for the enemy jungle to make a gank. So often your enemy gets fed, and the only thing you can do is get a few of his camps.

There isn't really ''one role'' to carry with, because each has massive downsides.

I never ran into problems in silver and gold as well but I just say I got a losing streak there of 6 games once. So there you have it. Master player losing 6 games in silver.

Generally I always have problems early season in the plat / low diamond hell. I always get stuck in it for some reason and then get a magical winning spree to D3. And from D3 onwards I feel like I have always more influence on the game and at a slow pace I can climb from there.

P2 - D4 is the worst you can be in. D4 it gets slightly better though since you won't get matched frequently with the niggers from p1-p2 who are probably just there to ruin the game.

But at masters you also get to deal with RNG. The matchmaking can put you with D4's vs challengers. And then you basically lost due to matchmaking being horrid.

Because there is a huge luck aspect to the game. You can be really, really bad and still win games. You can go 0/10 and still win a game. That is possible.

The gambling aspect pulls people in, but not just that it also has a lot of variety. The games aren't that similar. But a lot of people I guess who play this game would otherwise be hooked on playing online poker.

There's only two instances when I have fun in this game.

1 - Curbstomping the enemy team and making them cry and feel bad
2 - When the game is actually neck and neck and where everyone is doing what they're supposed to be doing and people are playing excellently on both sides and the match could go either way

1 you get ocassionally, 2 is very rare.

So basically for all the other times I basically just play league to stroke my competitive itch. I like to compete, but I don't like to play league, if that makes sense. I don't like to play it b/c of all the baggage and garbage and filth that comes along with it.

I had my Morde intentionally banned by some extremely toxic Gold but ELO is all the way down in Silver 3 player, who refused to give a reason. The reason in the end was "i ban whoever i want lmao", so it wasnt "i got murdered by a Morde in the last game so i just want him banned".

Botlane is workable if the enemy team is worse than you. As long as you've got a tank support, you're good. Ive had the most luck with Nautilus, but Leona should work the same. Alistar too if he does some fancy stuff.

You can literally build whatever you want after Gunblade and Rylais. If they've got heals, go Executioners Calling. You need anti-cc? Just buy Merc Scim. Lifesteal? Bloodthirster. I'd stay away from crit though.

Ive had the most luck maxing E, then Q, then W. You really want to just wither them down by constantly poking with your E, then going in when you're sure you can kill them in one or two Q swings.

Ive played a top morde game with a taric in the match, getting his ult then going hard is pretty good so im sure it should work well.

Having played him at diamond 1 and master a bit on EUW, thunderlord.

You want to get 10% CDR, thunderlord and the 5% CDR mastery so you run 15% CDR. It's really, really useful and it helps a lot with chaining abilities and early harassment.

The reason is that Sion against most laners has huge kill potential. Thunderlords adds much more to that potential than the defensive grasp of undying.

Courage is very bad on Sion. Because if you do get a knock up, an E and a W you want to disengage. Because you have no other abilities. If you don't want to disengage and get in auto attacks, you're winning and want to get in extra harass. In this scenario the shield likely doesn't offer much since the opponent will likely be retreating since he can't take your auto attacks.

Also you do take double edged sword, mainly because he's just demolishing early on and has pretty huge damage even for a tank. A lot of people also just build titanic hydra to get extra damage so the auto attack you land after your Q does a lot of damage. You can also use titanic if you're in your dead form, it surprises a lot of people if you just 2 shot a squishy with one auto attack followed by hydra auto attack.

Building hydra is kind of tricky though since jaurims fist is awful and you likely don't want to get it at all. And tiamat doesn't really fit in either. The reagents (ruby crystals and longswords) are preferable to get if you're rushing titanic.

If you want to know what is best on a champion, you should go to euw.op.gg then statistics then champion enthusiasts so you can view what the best players on a particular champion are using.

For runes you use an armor + AD + 10% CDR setup or MR + AD + scaling CDR. The only hard AP laners are maokai (more tank though) and Fizz. Those 2 are also the biggest counters for Sion imo.
