He will be 2 shotting adcs with blade and manamune procs on his q and r. he will be a god tier splitpusher because of his infinite sustain. No one will 1v1 him since his lifesteal and mitigation with e is to strong.

For example, I was Plat 1 a year ago and stopped playing.
I was placed in G5 this season and took me 70 games to reach plat because I was rusty as hell.
Even though to me this seems enormous, other people spend 1k games to reach plat from silver.

Shadow Shaman has an ability that's a channeled stun which is really long because he has to do nothing else to keep it on them. He also has a Hex, which is basically Lulu's W, which has next to no cast time.

In this clip he has bought an Octarine Core, which is the only item in Dota that gives Cooldown Reduction, as well as a Scythe of Vyse which also can cast a Hex on an enemy for the same effect as his ability. He also has a Blink Dagger, which is a long-range Flash that is disabled by damage.

Shadow Shaman blinks onto Furion (the tree guy) and, because of the cooldowns of his abilities being reduced, can permanently chain his abilities + his Scythe to keep Furion stunned forever.

This is just fine in Dota considering the gold investment to do this is ~15000 gold and it can be prevented by not playing alone.

TL;DR Furion got caught out by a hero who is essentially a CC bot with ultra-late game levels of farm and got his asshole ripped open.
