Personally, I think Warwick needed at least one kind of mobility tool to begin with. He was the epitome of

Also as for "dashes! another dash!" he only has one additional technically. His ult is currently a teleport which is a lot stronger than a dash. Now he has his ult downgraded to a dash and a conditional dash he still needs to be in melee range for.
