Pointless. After 16 hours you should easily be level 18+. After sleeping for 8 hours the only people that will be in stonetalon and ashenvale are a few autists who stayed up for 24+ hours and the zones will still be relatively empty, even just populated enough to get the trickier group quests finished instead of being forced to grind.

Staying up for 40 hours is absurdly unhealthy.

The people who make it to 60 first usually do a consistent pattern of roughly 20 hours playing 4 hours sleeping, stopping for bio breaks at FPs. Burning yourself out on day 1 might get you ahead for a little while, but 34-40 hours over 2 days will easily be enough to do so as well.
