When you get any striker from rerolling, just start playing and reach the Lv30 legendary box, you don't really need a two legendary start unless you wanna try and get the perfect team for PvP

Pretty much all legendary is acceptable except for Jin, Shu and Beth you don't want them as your only legendary. Getting any of the 3 Legendary striker or Metatron(PvP) is ideal, Asslad and Balth are PvE based legends

She only has 220 crit resist if you let their Silk use her active, and since I am using IC Elaine, I get to shoot first, BT gets below half, and loses a shitton of DR/CR, and since WW doesn't have a decent healer, BT pass is the only way she can recover HP.

With Elaine active, and BT below her HP treshold, no one needs a crit to beat a GK that barely has any DR. You get fucked by BT only if you play with shit like Vann.

The strongest BT's I have faced were in a rainbow team, with support of players like Alice, to prevent me from critting on the first shot. And even then, BT is far from being a problem.

By the time you get your mono team fully running you will have a Latios, stop wasting gold on scouting. You can temporary use Uriel or any other striker but don't invest into her because you can't play Uriel in a monoteam as you pretty much need elaine and another crit buffer at front else you'll never finish games.
