Why is evepraisal so bad?

I'm looking at a list of explo stuff I got and it claims I would get ~400m for it in Jita by selling it to buy orders.

But in reality it's only ~285m. Sure is a big difference. What the heck?

Man does it take forever to fill up the retriever.
I guess the 9m/hour makes it all worth though.

I find many Amarr ships to be absolutely great visually. The Arbitrator line, the Omen line, the Abaddon, all the destroyers, pretty much all frigs, especially ceptors. The Prophecy looks great, the Oracle is cool.
