How can any of you enjoy playing ranked when it's 3 tanks + 3 healers, 3 tanks + 2 healers + Soldier: 76, or 4 tanks + 2 healers?

I'm hoping someone can help me get my shit together re: aiming. I keep hearing that a 25-30cm/360 (or being able to do one 360 across your mouse pad) is a good place to be, but doesn't that just screw you up against characters that can quick move behind you like Tracer and Genji? I turn around and now my mouse is near the edge of the mousepad and my options are limited.

I've seen friendly and enemy D.va's that never die in the match.

I've done it too in mystery heroes a bunch of times, last the entire game with her. I see the enemy team doing their best to focus me. Even 3 trying to kill me can't do shit because I can matrix then fly away to a safe place.

I finally gave in and got a mouse with a DPI shift button, but you don't really have to go that far.
There's not really a magic sensitivity, it's whatever you're most comfortable with, although there's probably some variance based on the range you find yourself playing at.
Also, I find the "360 across mousepad" thing a little silly as it's dependent on the size of your mousepad.

I don't completely understand these roadhog changes.

Exactly what I have to deal with. Teammates too cowardly to push a point or payload, running around like headless chickens, trickling into nests one by one to die immediately, healers picking their noses instead of healing. Meanwhile the enemy team is completely focused and competent, I'm doing my best to tank and protect but my teammates are already dead or jumping around inside buildings.

I mean, yeah, spending an entire minute holding a payload back by myself as Zarya is awesome and all, but it doesn't win the damn game when the enemy finally gets it together and bum-rushes me for a gangbang.

My accuracy with tracer is 35% garbo. I don't know what to do. My tracking is decent I think, but I often miss killing people by a sliver of their half and then have to reload when I know if I had just tracked a little bit better I would have gotten the kill. I've seen some streams of pro players, and it amazes me how they can have upwards of 40% accuracy. My DPI is at 1000 and ingame sens. at 6.

Anyone have any drills that can improve tracking?
