If you ever downloaded an H game which uses HTML, chances are you'll had a hard time getting it to work. It's not because of Locale - the reason is that browsers switched to HTML5 a year back, which disabled Flash.

Solution?

Well, you need to play the game in IE, but before that you have to go to the Macromedia player settings and whitelist your HTML H-Game by COPYING the path, not by browsing. Browing won't work. You can do so here.

Copy the game's path and whitelist it, and local HTML content should work in at least IE and Opera. I've heard you can get it working in Chrome too via this method, but for me only IE works.

Eiyuu Senki is translated. If you want all of the h-scenes you're gonna get some untranslated stuff as the translation concerns itself with the ps3 version of the game. 98% of it will be in english.

Eiyuu Senki gold is not translated at all. The title gives the impression that it's an improved version of the base game, but it's a new story entirely.
