It's funny because her damage has always been the same 135 dps at max ramp up.

They only increased the range and sped up the ramp up so technically she does more damage in the first 3 seconds than she used to but if you were latched on for 3 seconds and couldn't shoot her, you were going to die regardless.

Not at all. Roadhog has 600 hp and constantly restores half his HP bar, then goes back to literally being a colossal punching bag on which to do nothing but build ults. That's why roadhog, who has only gotten nerfed since last meta, was considered so dogshit last meta. If the enemy team aren't a bunch of gold league shitters they knew how to exploit that off roadhogs. And then, without any changes to him whatsoever, suddenly he's a powerhouse. It's pretty obviously indicative that the problem would lie elsewhere and other chachters are enabling him, IE every other tank in the game that doesnt provide free ultimate charge all game.
