I know you won't see this because you filtered Shadowverse but it's actually interesting when I went to Japan over break, Shadowverse is super huge there. Is this a good tempo card? Or a good value card in general?

I have been playing some pirate / C'Thun Rogue with really good results. Disciple of C'Thun + Rogue damage from hand + pirates is actually quite good synergy.

Just not quite sure how powerful this card is. Currently running 1 of them with double Pillagers for my 4-drop.

If you like the game and are going to invest the time, I'd recommend getting the Karazhan adventure; the rest are more important but about to rotate out. The welcome bundle is also very much worth it.

Other than that, spend gold to get basic packs until you have a decent collection and then spend dust to finish a decent deck once the next expansion comes.

All of them are in the 1500-2000 dust range though so pretty expensive even on a budget, but they're generally worth it. Look through the lists to see which one you already have cards for. If you have none, Pirate Warrior at 1500 dust is probably your best bet right now.

Untapped Mana:

In M:TG there is a concept of leaving mana unused to use during your opponents turn. There could be special cards that can spend unused mana the player has on their opponents turn in Hearthstone.

Sacrifice:

There is a concept of killing your own creatures for benefits. In Hearthstone this IS done but not really that much. Maybe it should be expanded on?

Absorb
This ability is written absorb X. If a creature with absorb would be dealt damage, X of that damage is prevented.

Annihilator
This ability is written Annihilator X. Whenever a creature with annihilator attacks, the defending player sacrifices X permanents.

Delve
When playing a card with delve, its controller may exile any number of cards in his or her graveyard. For each card exiled, the spell costs 1 colorless mana less to play.

Hearth Mod: "Remove minions from your board, your next spell costs -1 mana for each removed" so now you could play an interesting Zoo Mage that can rush face spells.

Echo: Pay the cost of the spell again to get an equal effect again. (cast Fireball, get second fireball for 4 more mana)

Exploit
Exploit is an ability that appears on creatures. It gives the player who casts it the option to sacrifice a creature they control when it enters the battlefield, and that if they do so, an ability will trigger dependent on what the creature specifies.

HM: I target your minion, you can get a benefit from it.

I like this guy in reno mage with the anthony alex version. Hes very hard to remove for most decks without a spell. Lots of really bad trades go into him in the 15 games Ive used him to avoid giving a coin and coin has obvious uses for fireballs, etc. Rank 10 atm this month. 12-3 record.
