Hit enemies with 1, then use a Covert Lethality dagger on them. Use his 4 to increase your tankiness. 2 and 3 have marginal uses, 1 is your bread and butter.

4 V, 2 Dash, 1 D now that we have Primed Cryo Rounds.

Serration, Heavy Calibre, Split Chamber, Shred, 3 90% Elementals and Primed Cryo Rounds.

If you can get a decent Riven (mine has +Damage, +Cold, + Punch-Through) then equip that instead of an Elemental or Shred depending on what it offers.

Just don't forget to also drop 5-6 Forma on your Excal, 4+ on a Wyrm, 6+ on the Wyrm's gun, 6+ on your Lato, and 2+ on your Skana and leave everything in default colours so you can troll Sorties.

Like I do, especially if someone mouths off in squad chat about which frames and weapons you "have" to use on Sorties. Seeing their precious Mirage Spamulor get out-killed shuts them right the hell up.

Not if you're doing it right. Perma-4 build is shit and only good for sleepwalking through low level missions.

A proper build utilizes max range, max duration, and as much efficiency as you can cram on, along with the ally-buffing syndicate mod.

Run around buffing your friend while occasionally casting accellerant to stun everything on the tile and make them weak to fire damage, and dropping a 3 in chokepoints.

a shotgun modded for pure fire damage is actually a lot of fun with accellerant builds, making a decent alternative to the typical "use ignis" strategy, and works fine up through mid-lv60s enemies

Zen Shakedown is my Banshee build for farming that focus. Naramon Rush is an Ash setup for farming that Focus school I haven't gotten around to deleting yet. Vazarin Rush is an Excal setup I have for farming that school (I have two normal Excals and am toying with the ideo of three, because reasons).

Operation Troll is the sortie-level newb setup. Blingcalibur Prime is my Excal Prime with a Braton P, Lex P because I have no Lato P, and Nikana P because I have no Skana P. Due to excessive REEEE up to and including death threats (wat) in pub matches I now only use it with friends or solo. Stealth Rescue is a Loki P with a Winds of Purity Furis to give to rescue targets. JAFFA KREE is Inaros with the Anubis helm and a Javlok so I can cosplay Stargate in WF.

Current is presently my third Goatman, with a Growing Power, a Tigris P, Lex P, and GalaP that has some of the new melee mods on.

I was trying to see if there was a point at which Healing Return might be better than Life Strike

Spoiler alert: There isn't, healing return a shit, always use Life Strike unless for some fucking reason RNG gives you Healing Return and 30K-odd Endo before it gives your Life Strike.

Liki used to be able to teleport outside level geometry and literally walk right into the treasure vaults and pick up the corrupted mod because they spawned with the level. Now the room doesn't even spawn until you've used the correct dragon key, and it's much harder to break out of level geometry. Essentially, a solo player could run vaults as fast as any normal "exterminate" or "capture" mission, without needing to equip/waste dragon keys. It was fucking awesome.

They fixed it pretty quick, but not quick enough. Any one of the vets who were playing at the time who knew about the exploit are probably still rich from all the free mods they got.

The stuff he identified have been reported issues by the player base for a while. He's been insulated from it by being busy making the game and probably the community managers dismissing a lot of it as sour grapes and not passing it on.
