S/A rank: Best in class. Warframes that have a set of skills that are unmatched in strength compared to warframes that fulfill a specific role.
B/C: Unique frames with useful niches that are unlike any other frames in terms of abilities.
D/F: Warframes outclassed by other frames in terms of ability. Example: Nyx will be ranked here due to her being a worse Nova/Loki. Suboptimal frames.

You grind for relics, either to crack open and sell valuable parts/sets to people who don't have them/use them for ducat fodder, or sell them directly to people who can't be arsed to grind themselves.

Use plat and ducats to buy cosmetics and shitpost on region chat, then spend time customising using said cosmetics while on temp ban from region.

Rhino should be pretty attainable and can get you through the star map very easily.

Some people will be all "hurr rhino crutch durr." Those people can fuck off. It's an early frame with the ability to take you through the rest combat-wise for a reason. Just don't get too reliant on Iron Skin because other frames won't have that.

I would also aim for Loki so that you can farm Spy missions and possibly upgrade from Loki to Ivara.

Prime is a status weapon that works better in high-level missions due to the bleed procs it induces.

I would do Sancti first and then Prime. And keep both, but I hoard all Prime and Syndicate weapons.

Many warframes fill multiple roles, and thus are better BECAUSE they can fill multiple roles, sometimes within the same build. For example, Mesa is both a tank and a DPS.

Ranking frames within each role is incredibly reductionist and ultimately impossible.

My point is that frames cannot be reduced down to their individual roles. That's an incredibly reductionist philosophy that does not work in a holistic game like warframe. For example, Loki. Invis by itself is a decent survivability tool but not the best (worse than other tank abilities such as Defy or Vex Armor). RD by itself is also a decent CC tool but not the best (arguably comparable to MP, Bastille, Stomp, etc). It's the COMBINATION of the two - great survivability with Invis, great CC with RD - that makes Loki one of the best frames in the game, especially since he can do both in the same build.

Ranking warframes based on individual roles is silly.

Rate, riven is multishot, fire rate and electricity.

Build is for fun, since until it get Stronk disposition from nobody (I hope) continuing to use it after FotM dies down it can't be super strong.

Base idea is firing 5 times then throwing it then using a secondary shotgun to blast my way to where it lands and pick it up with a full clip.

I'd suggest Virulent Scourge over Buzz Kill, really. It's already massively slash biased and Buzz Kill won't increase bleed procs, just the slash damage and bias for procs. Virulent Scourge will get you Viral status procs for half enemy health which will make bleed procs even more effective.

Relentless I'm still playing around with. I haven't really settled on any conclusions there but it might be better to use Organ Shatter given how rapidly Blood Rush will wind up.

Kinda debating on switching out the buzz kill + a dual stat for the 90% damage +dual stat. Doing two dual stats seems like a not good idea since going from 50% status chance to 65% on such a fast weapon isnt really worth the tradeoff I feel.
