It's really cool and it has a ton of features beyond just spell researching (alchemy, artifacts, grimoires, untranslated books, etc), even if it all leads there as the end goal.

Shame about a slight oversight on writing theses, having it require inkwells and paper (which you can't easily get or get many of) pretty much forces you to spawn yourself those items, which goes against immersion, which is half the point of the mod.

Still, a fresh mod. Probably will be addressed soon.

I've been trying to mod Oblivion with Mod Organizer lately and it lacks omod support, so to actually get the benefits of using Mod Organizer I'm having to run Oblivion Mod Manager, install the mod, grab all the files it installed and zip them back up to reinstall with Mod Organizer. You can technically run OBMM through Mod Organizer but as soon as you uninstall a mod it crashes on exit every time you run it and can only be closed by ending the process from there on out.

I'm playing through Skyrim for pretty much the first time, and the balance feels real shitty.
There will be mobs that I could kill in two swings with a mediocre weapon, and in the same dungeon there's some that one/two-shot me even when I've invested largely in armour skills.

I'm pretty deep into the game at this point, there's been this sort of thing the whole way through.

Get Skytweak. There should be an option in combat for enemy weapon scaling. It's a broad range from 1 to 3. This is ranging from 1 to 3 times the weapon's base damage, not counting perks that the enemies can get. Tighten the range to somewhere more in the middle. I've it set at 1.7 to 2.4. Also, tweak the level scaling mult for Easy/Medium/Hard/Very Hard areas so that it's also more flat and the differences are less huge.

The enemies in the game scale to your level, within a minimum and maximum range. One of the problems with the way Bethesda implemented this is that the regular enemies in areas intended for your level are usually piss easy with the only thing in a given dungeon that will be a bit of a speed bump being the "boss" if you can call it that which will clear the area.

The problem is that if you stumble into a higher level area, sometimes even a much higher level area, the generic enemies will often only be mildly challenging. So you'll cruise right along not thinking much about it until you get to the end and get one or two shotted.

At least until you learn to exploit the game and become completely unstoppable anyway.

What a surprise (you.) Good job, it does look a lot better. I find the little .gifs are the best way to really hammer home suggested changes so the user can see how much of a difference the tweaks can make.

As far as the lips go, making them bigger isn't necessarily important: it's more about making sure the top lip isn't significantly larger than the lower. You don't need sculpt or anything like that, RaceMenu already has dedicated sliders for top and bottom lips, so you only need to move one slider to the right and it should be good.

If it's just overall very bright, ENB does have a Brightness option you can tweak near the top of the enbseries window. Depending on the enb there may be a nicer one in the effect.txt window as well (visible once you hit the SHADERS toggle)

Not really, it helps to use a follower for the sitation. A well developed character with a backstory really helps with you decide who to bring for what and where. Aswell skill sets that compliment your playstyle. Im more prone to use mage or archer followers since Snakestone is a close combat character. It's funny, I used to never use followers, but after /tesg/ I always got someone blocking pathways for me.
