Back when I first played Skyrim in 2011, I married Ysolda and I've married her in every subsequent playthrough, usually with a bunch of appearance changing and clothing mods. I have developed an entire playstyle based around managing large amounts of followers.

Downloaded:

1. Ineed with the followers need to eat option turned on.
2. Wildcat so everything would hit harder and people would die more, meaning that solo adventuring is more or less impossible.
3. RTS in Skyrim so I could purchase guards and have them follow me around.
4. EFF so I could have multiple followers.
5. Taxes of Skyrim so I had a need to keep my coffers full.
6. ASIS to increase the amount of enemies in general.
7. Radiant Spawn Engine to just straight up turn the game into Mount and Blade.

This is the commander/quartermaster playthrough, where the focus is balancing the budget, micromanaging the health, hunger, and equipment of your merry band, and leading them into battle against great hordes of enemies in realtime strategic combat as you compete or work with the military factions added by RSE, in a futile attempt to bring peace to a broken province rapidly descending into anarchy.

Hey guys I have an SSD and plenty of RAM and processing power. Initializing SKSE through MO takes a minute and a half and more 30 seconds to load a save.
I have 180ish mods. Is this load time normal?
Is there some generic way to try to fix this or it might be a problem with some specific mod and I would have to just test everything?

Yeah, you can. Duplicate the follower's NPC, modify it to match a certain type of NPC you wish to be similar to, and include the duplicate in the encounter leveled lists of the type you mentioned. For example, I could make Kaarina a bandit by duplicating her, remove her essential property, removing her follower factions, giving her a bandit faction, and placing them in the EncBanditMissileLL or whatever it's called.

Leveled lists are fun as hell, by the way.

Galahad from Colorful Magic has decided anyone that horses and anyone that deals with them, like the carts or the stable, are now enemies and he keeps trying to kill them, and since he's from this mod he just oneshots them.
He does that thing bandits sometimes do, telling them to "back off" and "I'm warning you", so it's not immediate aggro.
I thought this was because in a previous save the cart ran him over when I traveled, but I specifically haven't used the carts on this save.

Colorful Magic adds lots of expensive things to buy, if you're a mage. You could also use something like http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/43157/? to make things like housing/inns/carriages etc more expensive. Might want to adjust it to your liking with tes5edit.

Also Oridnator's got a pickpocket perk that lets you spend 50k on a perk when you sleep and have that much. Alternatively there's another mod I used to use that had a perk point potion that Arcadia sold that was also very expensive.
