Vanish should have cloak's effects, aka to remove ALL dots and other various bullshit. At least in pvp and wpvp. Otherwise its a very fucking useless spell if the stealth goes away 3 secs later because some retard put on a 30 sec dot on you, and you don't have cloak. That, or you have an almighty bleed on you. Do that, or make the stealth not break past a certain damage threshold. 2k tics can't be breaking my fucking stealth, man. All the other other classes are fucking broken in some way, and rogue got absolutely shafted in Legion.

Not really, been playing since classic and enjoyed my character getting stronger until he has now reached the level of being on par with named heroes.

The thing about trials is that sometimes you can do good DPS and have everyone around you take care of all the mechanics so you can stay glued to the boss.

We have been taking one recruit per week to Mythic EN and so far only one Paladin doing 350k dps at ilvl 877 on bosses have been worth a damn

He is the only one so far who has actually executed the bosses correctly.

Fuck we have been teaching him about what his responsibilities are and he is already over 400 at 880

Pretty much I will take a teachable person over a good person any day.

Out of the 6 people who brought to mythic only 2 people (The Ret and a Resto Druid) actually bothered to read up on Mythic. The rest expected the new mechanics to be explained

That's my raiding group. They never bother reading about the new bosses, not even the in-game dungeon journal, because either that information is not yet available in our language or they don't bother looking for it. So this time I've written guides for every single Nighthold boss and our RL has made a "you're not coming if you haven't read it" policy.
We take good people over good players though, and our RL doesn't seem to understand the importance of DPS. You can't kill bosses by simply surviving.
