I do recall that she didn't show up for the case so it was awarded to blizzard by default (not that she would have won, but there are armchair lawyers who argue hard about the grey areas of it, emulation in general, etc, which would potentially make a big lawsuit a risky one for blizzard - but i'm an idiot and just parroting).

I set my skin to an erroneous value. It seems to just grab the last player texture each player has seen.

For example: I view a night elf on my char select screen, and then my fucked up character. Night Elf texture overlays (pic related).

Basically you're walking around like some chameleon motherfucker where everyone sees you with a different skin. You can also specifically do this to the face and walk around with just a fucked up character face.

i have absolute trash ping (i mean like 1500-3000 constantly volatile) during evening hours. I have a very congested WAN, and my ping is completely erratic dogshit. The first hop out of my house SHOULD have a ping of 10ms or something but right now its constantly shifting between 150-600ms.
I find on garbage connections like this MMOs really suffer since there seems to be more data to keep track of. Planetside 2 is unplayable with a congested network.
Basically check your ping within your ISPs nodes. You could just run a traceroute to any server and see what the IP is for a node.

Pretty strong. Most tailoring crafted gear is really strong and some of the BoP stuff is pre-raid BiS for some classes. Difficult to make money with until you get good raid enchants to whore out with though and leveling enchanting while leveling is nearly impossible to do without hemorrhaging money in some way.

Slight uncommon combination that's mostly geared towards being able to train tailoring more easily (a lot of tailor patterns use leather) and making money on the side selling excess leather, though that will stop being a thing once the xiaos start flooding the AH with leather. There's not much point in keeping skinning once you have money but it's good for leveling clothies if you don't want to train enchanting until you're 60 and have other money making methods.

Really self explanatory and a pretty strong combination. You'll be fighting tooth and nail over good herbs with the xiaos though

Not very good. Basically your only reliable money makers are devilsaur gear and the other set I forget the name of constantly. It can be good early on to make gear for yourself and to sell, but skinning won't be profitable once the xiaos flood the AH with leather and people can get crafted gear elsewhere.

Shit. It's hell to level because ores can get scarce and are in high demand, all the good recipes for leveling gear are far to expensive to make and there are very few end game recipes that are profitable.

Really strong. basically everything engineering offers is extremely useful in PVP and mining will get you pretty much all the resources you need to level it. Don't expect to make money doing it but these profs will more than make up for that in utility

there's additional tests you can try for yourself to determine if it's the same old Nostalrius core or something different (and worse). Old nostalrius had quest related summoned mobs capped due to players exploiting them in the early months of the server for rapid experience (and loot drops) - two big offenders (and there were more) was the jungle fever cure quest with the unlimited gorillas and the winged serpent summoned on darkcloud mesa in 1000 needles. Something else to test would be unlimited net spamming kolkar wranglers and unlimited healing mobs that spam heals until their mana is empty. The net throwing kolkar would be in barrens at the Forgotten Oasis, 1000 needles by the cave with all the iron nodes, and Desolace at the Magram camp and also outside of Mauradon. Mobs that spam heals have easy examples with the Furbolgs in Teldrassil with the big cavern system.

Nostalrius finally fixed that shit halfway into their lifespan. Kronos had it fixed during the beta. Valkyrie's original server also had those issues fixed, but they were broken as fuck (like early nost) on Elysium.

Take a look for yourself. If shit's broke, it's not the same core.
