I need help playing Diablo, specifically in early game.

>Charge enemy into walls, use grip to put enemies in the right spot when they're too stupid to do it themselves
>Don't run to the enemy gate firing range
>Spam W to kill minions, soak exp, and tickle the enemy gates and turrets

Anything else I should focus on in early game? Late game I have almost no problems fighting, but early I feel like I'm useless. I know I shouldn't be useless.

I started looking for the patch notes from a few months ago where they tweaked the center damage just to show you, but then I realized you could just go fucking find it yourself if you really don't believe us.

YES. Goddammit, man. YES, nukes do more damage to structures in the center ring of the nuke. Notice how there's a more intensely colored reticle in the center, then a more faded much larger ring around it? Everything in that more harden-colored center reticle takes increased damage.

Helping out the pubs for AI farming is ridiculous.

After W gives vulnerable,
W>AA>R>AA>Q>AA will deal 3k+ damage, enough to delete any squishy within 1.5 seconds flat. Weave in another W with the double shot talent and it's absolutely enough.
Since you're helpless outside of your burst, you can now, after doing your stuff within 1.5 seconds, piss off and bribe camps again until another opportunity rises.

If you pick Triple Tap to pick off Stragglers, that burst suffers a lot. You're stuck in one position. The shots can be blocked by structures and healthier teammates. It also has a 40 second higher cooldown. You also can't throw it into a teamfight unexpectedly from literally your core.

CS is immensly better during a teamfight and you lose almost no chase potential if you time your charges right.
Prot is now actually good at not dying and taunt is a fucking point and click silence that psuedo-roots them too.
Fury was the only one worth taking prerework, now it's the only one you shouldn't take.

I believe that Arms Varian is actually the weakest choice. Both Prot and Fury feel like they actually have a place among their archetypes, but Arms feels like it gets flat outclassed by every other burst melee assassin. They ought to just remove the -10% hp debuff like they removed Prot's attack speed slow.
