Afaik totems aggro everything, even neutral mobs. Searing totem even kills critters. Pet aggro range is bugged so where normal players run under/over mobs, pets will aggro.

Tauren take abut fifteen years to reach maturity, meaning that centaur and quillboar can endlessly launch assaults using human-wave tactics. Actually not really. By the time of Cata, Orcs are pretty much industrialized have legit metal buildings and fortifications and shit. In Wrath, Forsaken got their own unique architecture instead of using run down human buildings. And Trolls went full ZG with their stuff. The Horde has been able to do much more in a shorter span of time than the Alliance.

Refuge Point is literally a couple of tents. It poses no threat and isn't launching any attacks soon.

Wetlands is a mostly hostile and unclaimed land. Menethil Harbor moving forces all the way into Arathi would take a long time.

Southshore and Hillsbrad Fields canon get wiped out by the Forsaken. They pretty much reign supreme from Andorhal all the way down to Thoradin's Wall.

didnt find anything in the way of hair or hair colors or even faces by themselves but i only checked a few races

bonus tip: changing skin to a non existent entry seems to just have it grab from the last player texture you've seen before you logged in. to give an example: I create a character with a texture I want to apply. Then I create a character and give it a bogus skin code. I view the first character, and switch to the second. The second char now has the first char's texture applied (see example in image).

Didn't test this much. Dunno if this works every login, potentially allowing a different skin every login. Dunno if it actually even works at all and it's just a clientside visual.

Refugee Point has a flight path, meaning that it's able to get resources from Menethil and Southshore unlike places such as the Rebel Camp in Stranglethorn Vale, which has to hide itself far away from the Grom'gol Base Camp. And I agree, the Forsaken can't (realistically) take Hillsbrad or push into Arathi, which makes the control of Hammerfall even more dubious. Hammerfall canonically only has a population of about 600, with Stromgarde containing 1200, and the remaining 4200 split among ogres, trolls, the Syndicate, and Refugee Point. A rough estimate since trolls have been there longer says that the Alliance forces number about 700 in Refugee Point, meaning it's more than "a couple of tents".

I had an old friend in vanilla who insisted on melee hunter no matter what, i remember him loving dual wield.
I never learned enough about hunters to be able to see why that was so bad, tho. Looking at the survival tree it seems like it has a lot of useful shit, especially for pvp. Was it just the lack of attacks? It seems like they'd have more melee attacks than enhancement would, for example.
But like I said, I don't know enough so I'm probably mis-reading it.

The reason paladins are bad at DPS is because they don't have any attacks, and are reliant on a bunch of buffs to make their auto-attacks stronger. It's why when Crusader Strike was added in BC everyone was super-excited to be a paladin. Hunters only have Raptor Strike and Mongoose Bite, and don't have any buffs to boost their melee auto-attacks. Since they have no benefits to playing melee, there's hardly any incentive TO play melee, unless you want to hit really, really hard with Blackfury, Brain Hacker, or Blade of Hanna.

Forsaken are technically immortal, like Night Elves used to be. Keep your body in one piece and you never die. And yes they can replace lost body parts, like that one guy in the starter zone who lost his hands but found another pair and stuck them back on like Mr Potato Head. And of course there's the Femsaken joke:

Undeath, in terms of reanimated bodies and stuff, is an obscenely powerful demonic curse used to give corpses "life" and then allow them to be enslaved and controlled by the Lich King.
Corpses will retain their souls as well and have some cognitive connection to their living selves, though stuff like skeletons and flesh golems tend to be REALLY far gone, more so than ghouls, zombies and the "cleaner" undead like Forsaken, who can have pretty strong resemblances of their formal selfs assuming they have the freedom to express it.
Undead aren't really mindless automatons, they really are the living creature's soul being forced back into its body and reanimated. Which tends to be really damaging to a creature's immortal soul and basically damns them to a tortured non-existence if they're killed again.

The Forsaken are for the most part citizens of Lordaeron who have been enslaved by the Lich King, although basically any living being except worgen (who are the result of an even more powerful Druidic curse) can become undead, not just humans. but events at the Frozen Throne during WC3 ended up weakening the Lich King's grasp on his subjects, and as a result the undead with more willpower and desire for freedom (Namely Sylvannas) managed to regain free will.


It's also not exactly clear as to how Undead can die through physical damage, but it can happen. They can certainly replace parts, but they're never clear on what's "kill" damage or "hurt" damage with undead.
They do also mention that as the decomposition advances, the more cognitive Forsaken/undead will eventually lose their selfs and become mindless ones, but they're not exactly clear on how that works either and they reference it so little I honestly wonder if it's even still canon.

Gutterspeak isn't actually a language belonging to or invented by the Forsaken.

It's more of a universal language, similar to Low Common, that's frequently used by shadier types and criminal underworlds and such to communicate in secret. Lore wise, lots of rogues, warlocks and goblins speak Gutterspeak and it's basically the kind of language you'd use to talk about illegal shit in public so people won't understand what you're talking about.
So I guess the Forsaken found out about Gutterspeak and how it's used by the scum of the earth, decided it fit them perfectly and adopted it.

And as a side note pretty much all Forsaken know their original languages they just refuse to speak (and I guess understand it as well?) because they hate life I guess.

That's purely a gameplay thing and lore excusing a gameplay thing though. In reality everyone on Azeroth speaks English.

Apparently some guy on the forum claims that this happens when you're getting hacked so someone else is logged into the account at the same time. When you're logged in, you get disconnected when they try logging in with your password, and when you're not, they get disconnected and you get the disconnected message.
