It's an anniversary game that brings back enemies, chars, locations and etc from the past 4 generations. It's considered the easiest game in the franchise and it's good for beginers. It has a tedious tutorial though. MH4U is infinitely superior but you can enjoy generations due to it actually having people playing online.

As far as success goes it was wise of Nintendo to rope them into FE. Anything that isn't a Cawwadoody-like is immediately more prolific when there is a sizable girl portion of the fandom to churn out fanart/fic and post about it.

There are a lot of YMMV tidbits floating around like reclass Mozu to archer, Odin to samurai, and Camilla to wyvern lord, but for your first/normal mode run you can just keep everything as default to get a feel for the game. IMO the build autism is most enjoyable on higher difficulties after you have more game mechanic knowledge under your belt.

They took old and newer monsters and threw them into one game. They brought back some old favorites from the previous games and added four new flagships as well. Unlike the other ones this one doesn't have a story mode or G rank hunts. Instead they added Deviant and Hyper monsters who are just tougher versions of other monsters. Generations XX is getting released in Japan next year which will be readding G rank so that's neat. Another new feature is being able to play as your Palicos and go on hunts.

Not a lot of progress since my last post but it still looks much nicer now. I tweaked the bow a bit and colored it as well as added lines to her hair to show more of the curls. I'd say just drop Aether on him and call it a day, but I don't know how much harder JP HM PoR is. Parity seems like it'd be the best if you're worried about just surviving the BK fight.
However, since it's still Ike and PoR we're talking about here, just Aether should work as long as you have Mist there to support him. Other units could use Wrath and Vantage more than he does.

It's just an endless cycle of visiting other castles looking for new skills, doing Museum Melee and forging what I get from there and Ghostly Gold to restock on funds.

I'm stuck in a loop not to grind for the sake of grinding, but I just can't decide who to pair who with, so I'm just looking for more skills to fill out the parents. And it just kinda spiraled out of control from there.
