You look at the big changes and think "yea this should reduce game times by LOADS" but then explain shrines. Got harder to gank mid or push out the suicide lane, and most importantly, uphill defense got boosted the fuck up in this patch, making everyone in a pub game to be at least 3/4 slotted to actually win the fucking thing.
Everyone thought that because of the changes that the game would get faster, but icefruads intent imo was to keep the game length the same. Just some bad numbers made them a bit harder. Wait for shrines to get patched and everything returns back to the average its always been.

I know nothing about league you flaming faggot. If you look at the evolution of dota, you will see that icefrog has always let overpowered fucking strats be dominant for months and even years. When there was the sentinel and scourge split in the competitive scene, he barely balanced around it. The sentinel had both chen and enchantress and the scourge had no counter to it so they literally had to switch to all pick for tourneys because icefaggot refused to balance the game properly based on the split.

Nerf slark, pudge, PA, sniper, drow, and (insert brain dead OP HERO HERE) to the ground. Make tier 2 towers do 500 damage per hit and make tier 3 towers do AOE damage. if 5 manning gave that much gold then it would only help the 5-manning team stay level - which is the point.

splitting up and farming is only meant to be a viable strat if you have a better lategame, but if you keep dying and lose all your towers because you can't win teamfights even with shrines then it's because your team wasn't playing a defensive strat well enough.

dota is balanced for teams with proper supports and warding, 5v5 shitting was always going to be the inevitable consequence of the game being balanced correctly because actual strategy should require proper teamwork or Dota is basically a PvE game.

this. basically support have to help carries farm to get them the same GPMs as before - the significance of stacking actually got increased, not decreased, by halving respawn rates. but in pubs the supports are just fighting non-stop instead.

in real games supports will divide their time depending on what the best option is, like before. ganking will NOT be as reliable a GPM fountain vs actual teams.

Most of the times I go quelling > tangos > stout into tranquils rush into vanguard and straight into blink. Hood should be get only if they have a magic heavy lineup. After that if I have a lot of gold I invest into a heart or if going behind I go straight into aghs.

Offlane is the default, but if somebody tells me that they want solo I go jungle and I can still get a fast vanguard into boots into blink.

Don't understimate return and always get return aura unless they have slippery shit like slark, morph or AM since you need more cc for your Q.

Finally value point in Q, max W, 3 points in return and then max accordingly.

Not really. Your abilities are how you get HP, damage and attack range (positioning). It's not a BAD item by any means, but it is pretty redundant.
What you want is a cheap medallion and treads for stats. Pop medallion, cast strafe and watch shitters melt.

How to play 7.01
Step 1: Pick a hero that excels in the early game, go offlane or roam. Applicable heroes are Earthshaker, Gondor, Monkey King, Chen, Rhasta, Lion, Venge, etc.. Anyone that can ensure a gank at level 1 or 2 with another hero.

Step 2: Either go bottle, or Tranquils/Soul Ring. You will almost always gank after getting boots, if you're gondor or monkey king you can go windlace orb starting and start ganking at level 2. Gank Mid 2-3 times and then get enough gold to transition into support items (Mek/Mana boots) and begin pushing

3.) Push, Push, Push. Ping all your allies, ping them hard. Push towers and smoke immediately after pushing and catch stragglers.

4.) Win Dota, because it's all about the memepush again

While the idea of 3 or more hearts is hilarious and tempting having 2 hearts is the best for cent since otherwise he would't have enough mobility to initiate with blink or BoTs.

Now if you want to meme it up and are showering in money I usually get shit like E-blade, Shivas and maybe upgrade my vanguard into abyssal blade to guarantee more burst against supports and cc against bkb'ed carries.
