That is considered the worst kind of drops, friend, sorry to say that.
Basically, boxes have 4 items, and the rarity of those items are random, but you will ALWAYS have ATLEAST 1 blue, they rank from
>White/Gray
>Blue
>Pink
>Orange/Yellow
The white/gray ones are purely voice lines and sprays, which are each worth 25 credits.
Blue is basic recolors or player icons
Pink is more special hero recolors, emotes or highlight intros
Lastly, Yellow/Orange are the most advanced hero skins, they usually edit some aspects of the hero, some special emotes also fall in this category.
As for playing D.Va from the start, I see no point in not doing it, but make sure to diversify your assets, playing other heroes instead of exclusively playing D.Va. Her skills can be translated into other heroes, but she's a bit too unique for a full switch such as from McCree to Widowmaker.

This seems to be complained about a lot, and there's not much you can do about it, have you checked to make sure that people have joined the voice channel? Something as simple as saying "Join voice channel please" reight before a match does wonders!

Aye, not much to do about either, but this partly ties in with the last point, tell them what they're doing wrong and how to fix it. Tell everyone to group up for a push and *hope* they listen. Worst case scenario, you jsut gotta go Zenyatta or Ana for that DPS heal. If none of these things work, and no matter what you do it's not getting fixed, then there's still the last ditch effort of finding friends/people to group up with. There's plenty of people in this general alone that want to get out of gold just like you but they're too embarrassed to tell their rank. Swallow you confidence and ask for help!

Basically:
Shift > Hold space a bit to stay in the air > when it's getting low press shift again > repeat ad infinitum!

It's an okay buff that allows you to reach some more spaces, for example, you can go from Eichenwalde first defense spawn to the first point without touching the ground!
Although staying in the air for too long will also make you a bit of an easier target.

If you're standing in one spot like it's 2Fort and not moving with your team you're doing it wrong.

It's okay to bodyshot.

You can jump in the middle of your grapple and fling yourself to do epic jump shots, but for the most part it's just so you don't break your momentum.

Slap your mine basically anywhere it would help you scout or in the middle of a fight, the slow actually can make a difference.

Don't be selfish with your ultimate, it helps your team more than it helps you.

Don't fucking pick her if it's triple tank or more. Rein alone makes your job ten times harder, throw D Va and Ana in the mix and you may as well not exist.

Kinda. There's only so much Mercy can do. A really bad Mercy is probably more useful than a bad Ana. But Ana has better tools to start and win a team fight. I think all other supports do. With Mercy you have to wash your hands and hope a fat rez is enough. Mercy isn't as easy as people make her out to be because she's critical in those tiny moments that can lose you the round. It's just that the reward for being good at her isn't as high as being good at another support.

When can I stop going S76 to carry the DPS on my team and go back to Lucio? Gold? Plat?

Ana is a low mobility support so she is going to be traveling close by her team regardless. If they do have a Rein (they should) then she will always be taking potshots at you the second she sees you. Don't be fooled by her inferior DPS, it only takes three shots (Around 2 seconds) to kill you by herself, if anyone else is shooting at you she can probably just get it done in two. As long as she's hiding behind a shield there's nothing you can really do. Even situations where she's out in the open, her fucked up frame makes getting headshots on her more difficult than you'd think. And she can burst heal herself on top of it if you fail to one shot.
