hitting full ddex 50% of the time is your goal, not everytime. all the dex in the world wont penetrate my max crit resist + max hp. all ur skills do nothing, even dethrone barely does 15k on me when without me even buffing im 100k hp while taunt is up (100% uptime)
now in the meantime, me simply hitting you once will deal 50% of your hp if not 1 shot you. headbutt does 25k without stats being calculated with 2x overheat, scutum does 15k with 3x overheat, butterfly does 15k total with 2 overheat. simply not missing on 1 skill will take care of any dex opponent.
now even with no dex, i hit like barely 1/4th of the time. hence why im using the following

3 headpieces with accuracy
trinity sword (accuracy)
+7 gauntlet
lv7 green accuracy gems

this leads me to hitting under 50% of the time, so i still have room for improvement. aiming for hasta plate gloves or just waiting for more gears to come out.

again, the key here is when u play as full con, ur goal is to hit 50% of the time against full dex. you will almost 1 shot them just hitting them one time meanwhile their entire rotation barely does half ur health assuming your max block doesnt already screw with them.

full con max block ALMOST comes on-par with full dex max evasion (in terms of which class will hit past block/evasion) and this is fact, but wtih block u have 5x more health

just because ur full dex doesnt mean my 3600 block isnt gonna end your day just as much as your evasion will

Rodelero is the single most buffed class in this game's history. It went from being the worst overall class in the game into being one of the most viable Swordsman classes. At first, I chalked it up as me not keeping track of my HP, but just this morning, it did that mysterious you-just-fucking-die apple on one of my high con characters which I knew was at full health at the moment, and it did nearly 30k damage. With an apple. And level difference was not an issue at the time.

Anyone else getting this?

I've been getting killed by literally fucking nothing but walking near the boss in Saalus for longer than that. Like even if the boss hit me with attacks, they wouldn't do all my HP at once, but I come into the area and suddenly I'm dead and sliding offscreen. Mineloader does that to me occasionally too. It'll hit me with the pink shit for like 500 but then sometimes the pink shit will hit me and do over 20k all at once, but it's always done this. It's possibly something being weird, like 3 sets of apples all hitting you at once.

You should also check if your aspersion disappeared and your bracelets unequipped, since those have been things that have been happening.

I didn't say that. I said people wouldn't take people outside their cliques if saalus was hard enough to fail without a well prepared party.
If you didn't, you'd have to make a saalus character, which is probably what the original guy imagined instead of doing it on all of his, and use that character to farm shards for your main, and then hope the character is meta enough for random parties and you don't get blacklisted over shout for causing a run to fail.

Speaking personally, if it was per week, I probably wouldn't do it on the one day everyone did them and would forget about it anyway, and I'd just buy up shards.

In any case, shards shouldn't be tied to saalus and saalus should have more missions, not less for variety. If you want more difficulty, make monsters attack faster in melee and use more skills and make competitive (not pvp) content. Transcendence itself should be reimagined and mixed with the normal upgrade system or something. The game doesn't need two kinds of upgrades that just increase damage and defense. .

Fedimian literally has only 2 guilds which can gather 15 players for gvg, and they coordinate in discord so they never face each other in gvg. Maybe we have 2 guilds who try to compete them (freaksquad and insanity) but they can't do anything because if things are bad for scum cafe they will abuse some shit and heal their tower or straight crash the shit out of you. Then we have 2 bot guilds who live off feeding each other. All the other guilds are being irrelevant and appear in the top randomly if they manage to get an opponent different from retards or scum cafe (which is almost impossible because there are rarely more than 4 guilds in search and bots+top2 are always there).

I am playing the Japanese version so I can't be sure how similar it is to the English/Korean version, but it is heavy hinted that many prophesied ones came before you and failed. So in a way it's like dark souls or Morrowind you are only the chosen one because you succeed not by some magic of birth, so in a way you are manteling the title of chosen one, and there is no real chosen one. I honesty feel we as player characters are being used as pawns. When you get the first tablet you are maybe the chosen one, it's only on subsequent tablets that people that know of the prophecy think it's you. Evidence that you are Manteling by fulfilling the prophecy. Further evidence, the goddess that is trapped says she was supposed to protect and look after the chosen one, but she had no idea who it was until she meets you and you set her free.

tl;dr You get strong enough to fulfill the prophecy and become the choseb one, you don't get strong because you are the chosen one.

In Morrowind they come once every several years, fulfill a few of the trials but eventually die somewhere along the way. In ToS there's literally thousands running around at all times and they don't really have any sense of purpose or orientation, you're the only who knows about the tablets and is actually looking for them. Everyone else is "trying to save the world from destruction" by randomly going around and getting into trouble.

During the Delmore questline, all the other people you interact with are also Revelators. They're stupid and completely helpless against the slightest demon trickery, while the PC isn't held back by anything, such as that dark miasma that's bogging down people from entering the Ashaq Prison.

Laima only meant for you, specifically you, to become the Savior. "Revelator" is a word invented by the mortals,to describe the bunch of people who dreamed of Laima. Turns out she sent that stupid dream to a bunch of people for whatever reason.

The PC is the only one actually getting anywhere. Notice that after a certain point in the game you don't see Revelators anymore. They all died before getting there.
