It's all about devising a plan for each stage. Honestly, though, the hardest might be Hinata's high avoid due to the gate, but his defense is kinda ass. I actually risked a 60% OHK from Effie on two runs and they worked.

Hinata is pretty easy because he'll never make the first move unless Takumi fires on one of your units, so you can just set all of your guys up and them dogpile on them next turn. The hard part is getting up the stairs, that shit is a death trap. The usual plan is having Xander/Peri stand on the far right end and bait all of the enemies over but its tricky because the Basaras can actually deal reasonable damage to them unlike the others.

If you really want to trivialise it, this is what I did on Lunatic

>Def Tonic, Str Tonic, Spd Tonic
>Peri on the kitchen, +Spd and +Def
>Rally defense from Camilla on Xander
>Rally Str from Arthur on Xander
>Rally Res from Elise on Xander
>Send him off to kill the archer manning the turret

Xander was paired with Charlotte for his S rank. He didn't even lost half of his HP, they all died horrible hoshidan scum deaths.

In Hard mode, what I usually did was I set up a vice grip tactic by flying over to the eastern stairs and wiping out almost everything, priority to the archers, in one turn without walking into Oboro's group range (very doable). Attack Stance helps a lot with this to secure kills. The archers on top of the stairs do not have Counter so it's safe to attack them from up close.

Similar to the last one, I play somewhat risky at the beginning when it comes to Status Staves

Prep; Stat check time

Raven has hit his Spd cap at 26, meaning he now Doubles Valkyries with a Hand Axe

Fiora is at 20 Spd, I give her one of my Speedwings to bring it up to 22 so she can double one of the two Heroes with a Killer Lance, and she has enough Res to survive the magic enemies rather easily

A key to beating this chapter efficiently is to be wary of the enemy respawn trigger locations

Basically all of the bridges on the map will trigger reinforcements to spawn every turn for a set number of turns, the location and type of enemies spawned will depend on which trigger is activated

In this case the bridge I crossed over will spawn Monks and Bishops a bit North of where the main group is, I don't particularly mind this because they're easily the least threatening of the three enemy types you can spawn

Over here, Fiora drops Raven on a Forest tile to begin killing the enemies to the West and moves up North a space so she can engage the Heroes

This is where the risk begins, since Fiora has to dodge several Status Staves (she has decent avoid against them at least) and also kill the Heroes this turn (again, decent CoS due to her high crit rates with the Killer Lance)

If you're not concerned with turn limits you can use most units safely (although certain Gaidens are tied to turncount)

As long as you're not leaning on shittier units like Bartre or Rebecca and are not afraid to use the higher-tiered units
