Only thing good about this old pvp nost server is logging into my shit 60 hunt, and sniping lowbies in duskwood / redridge. I've now made the zone so butthurt they have 3 60s corpse camping me. I think another private server had a user database leak, either that or the chinks found out a new hack method or got into Nostalrius's database. Three separate people in my guild started spamming goldselling links, and one of our 60 mages went in DND mode while farming DM and he hopped on discord to tell us that his account was hacked. You can also go to Northshire or wherever, pay lowbies 1g to help you "summon" someone, and then laugh your ass off when one of them dies, a Doomguard spawns, you enslave it, tell it to stay where it is, then break the enslavement so it rampages, killing all the lowbies.

I think vanilla is lots of fun, and it's my favourite version of the game. I really like the warcraft setting as it exists prior to the fuckery of the expansions, and I love that there's a genuinely grueling set of challenges which everyone faces together. I never got to see some of the raiding content and I'm experiencing all of that stuff now and having a blast doing so!

I want an area like Hellfire where Alliance & Horde bases are on opposite sides of the zone and slowly come together. Sure there's a lot of world pvp, but it's too random/inconsistent to really seek it out.
