It's not shit but I can't say as it's a legitimately endgametier weapon. It's got Crowd Damage and super high crit, but it's base Elec damage which means you'll probably have to end up running Rad/Viral damage to make it actually do gud numbers.

All things considered I'm a shotgun guy, which means I don't spend too much time concering myself with strictly elemental guns or crit weapons.
