I'd really spread it around a little bit personally, but it's up to you. I think a +200 Doffy is worth a whole lot more than a +200 SW Franky, but CC in all but the hardest of the hardest content is a luxury outside of Enel and Sabo.

Not really. There's a couple good powerhouse teams, but not one singular "best" team. Jabra and 3D2y Sanji tend to be staples.

I would say Lucci x2, Jabra, Sanji, Nightmare Luffy,and Dalmation for one-turn burst, though you don't have a PSY hitter. You could trade Nightmare Luffy and Dalamtion for INT Blueno and PSY Paulie for a two-turn burst where you have every color available, though you don't have Jabra's orb boost for both turns.

There's also the option of Sanji teams, or maybe even Sanji/Lucci hybrid for survivability.

Tandem attacks are one of those things that were part of early weirdness, like Arlong having nearly 1500 attack, or giving Smoker a third stage even though his second went to Level 99. If Bamco were to make the game today, they would have zero reason to include TND, and would probably just have blank slots instead. The only time I think tandem attacks ever came in handy was way back when, using the basic marines for fixed damage on turtle time.

I don't even know that there have been any units released recently with tandem attacks.

They've started making two-unit Tandems, so maybe. The main reason tandems suck is because they're usually on three or four units that have no business being on the same team, so it never even mattered if there effects were good (Franky+Kiwi+Mozu is a pretty good effect, but the latter two units are so shit it's not worth it.)

The other obstacle to good tandems is making them consistent - there are very few stat-strong units that could set up Tandem orbs for their teammates on the final burst turns. Weaker, low cooldown units might be worth their weight if a Tandem was really good, but feels like that would just be slower than running beatstick teams in most cases.

I didn't end up maxing or even really touching the fortnight characters that were actually said to be pretty good like Gasparde or Indigo, but since they're gone, I don't really care. It's all in the past.

And yeah, the first Z appearance during skillup was great. I ended up deciding last minute last week to make a second, so that's out of the way too. And with max Gild and Shiki too, it'll be fun to play around with them. Especially Shiki.

Now I'm in full anniversary hype.

It's weird. I was expecting to still be playing at the same pace I had been after the movies left, but I feel no urgency. I'm just running on natural stamina and don't feel compelled to gem myself back to full, even though I could optimize better by running Robin/Nami for slots, Marguertie for Blueno books, etc. etc.
