Why did he change it back? Small scale migration was working perfectly back then, countries like Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina and Colombia were still getting more (net) immigrants than any nation outside the New World and nations like Chile neither got any immigration back then nor get any with the current set-up.

Something happened in the Heavenly Kingdom revolt and a bunch of chink nations got shat out, like formosa, guangdong and a couple of others.
I attacked formosa with the punitive thing and took it with the decision, then did they japanese formosa decision.
Then I attacked guangdong wanting to take hainan but there was no decision. Guangdong was at war with the heavenly kingdom when I attacked, but I finished the war before they got annexed.
I then attacked heavenly kingdom wanting to take one of their ports but I didn't get the option to either.

Ive never finished a CK2 game as I get bored after awile and the lag is to bad anyway after 200 years or so. Ive only gotten to 1820 in EU4 once or twice mainly cause at about 1740 or I stat to get anxious that I wont have enough time to do what I want and what not so I take a break and I almost never come back to games that late. So my boys, I've been playing a lot of CK 2 recently in the upcoming sale I plan on buying the rest of the DLC for it as I'm only miss like one or two content ones.

I was thinking of buying another Paradox game, I am considering getting Vic2 but I feel the gameplay of that is going to be completely different and I may not like it as much as I do CK.

4x games are much easier as far as programming goes because they have many distinct factions and there are far fewer things to take into account.
