I may not manage but still I respect what they do. Sure there are some that don't do shit for their team, but there are also managers that spend their time testing, creating the team, running polls and doing other things just so the fans of their teams can be happy and pleased. It doesn't seem like much but I still respect them for what they do just to please our thirst for memeball.
