I'm kind of the opposite. I end up giving a pass for several of their problems because it's short. Miel games are something I use for a fap, kinda like how I use short h-manga and doujin. Throw in the usual tags or artist in sadpanda and grab some 24 pages thing to read. I approach these games kinda like that.
When I am playing something longer, that requires some compromise, then I am much harsher on it. It needs to keep itself interesting beyond "I want to fap right now".


I'll say I do enjoy Akira Ishi's art though. Wish he picked a better company to work with.
While his art definitely isn't the best, there's just something about the way he draws the curves and the "meat" that really clicks with me. The lewd clothing and the coloring of his works are also to my liking. I even like the expressions, which are probably what makes most people dislike his art. I do think his ahegaos look weird, but I like everything else. Stuff like pic related with clenched teeth and eyes rolling in particular.
I dislike every other regular Miel artist, thankfully pretty much all mindbreak+harem stuff is done by Akira Ishi.

Yeah CoC was much better designed, or maybe it was an accident. It took things much slower, you weren't instantly bombarded by deviantart-tier rainbow-colored fox-bird-naga futa centaur abominations, and the average scene got to the point pretty fast unless it was a story scene.
In TiTS you get a 30 page fanfiction every time you click somewhere, I can't even get excited for it. And everything is just far, far outside my comfort zone.

This is true, but on the other hand I felt like I didn't know wtf was going on most of the time. Consumable items doesn't tell you what their effects are and like any other new player I guess, I just gulped down a potion or two just to find out they gave me a dog dick or goat legs. Then someone put a spell on me and I got two sets of tits and at this point I didn't even want to imagine my player character.

I don't like how you can increase your military technology in VBR. The game becomes more about how much you've sunk into increasing it for the massive terrain bonus than using proper squads coompositions. If you max it to 99 You get something silly like 500+ terrain bonus to every battle. You could even roll over super hard difficulties without much sweat with those kind of bonuses.

Actually the save location changed for some people. Your saves for CoC and TiTs are likely still in the old folder.

There's your saves, Copy them from localhost into #localWithNet which should be located in the same folder as localhost. Blame it on Flash, They changed the save location.

TiTs does have less RPG and more Quests to it. Lots of hidden content, Even time based content. You have to be vigilant to find some stuff. You have characters like the Dryad Minotaur futa thing that has a low chance of encounter in the jungle on Mhen'ga but you can raise it by going to New Texas and getting hosed with Bull-morph or Minotaur semen.

TiTs is full of unique things you can easily miss and CoC is full of trap encounters that rape you and try to turn you into a corrupted demon slave. Both interesting games.
