thats 10 damage leeched. it creates a leech instance with the duration of (HealAmount / (MaximumHealthPool * 0.02) ) that WITHOUT VP caps at 2% of your max health per second.

with VP you get rid of the caps but keep the increased benefit from increased leech

Well, Dual Strike, Double Strike, Cleave, Heavy Strike, Leap Slam, Ice Hammer, Cyclone, Sweep, Sunder, Lightning Strike (atleast previously), Static Strike - those are "true" melee, in a sense that you have to hit a target with your weapon.

Groundslam, Earthquake and Icecrash can be in that category, because you still need to hit with your weapon, but EQ aftershock is bullshit.
