If that old TA analysis thread from GameFAQs is anything to go by, TA fags seemed to prefer stacking attack boosts and artillery, though a good chunk still liked using CritBoost and even Load Up. Most of them had Weakness Exploit which is probably a given considering all Rathalos armors come with it by default.

Phials do ignore affinity, though for your regular attacks it still likely can contribute a good chunk of damage, so for regular use I suppose it's a matter of preference.

For general use you're not far off at all. Those aside, there's plenty of other reasonably decent armors sitting around like Ceanataur if you really want Razor Sharp with some CE thrown in. Seltas armor in high rank is a lazy man's Adept GL/CB set.

I know what you're trying to think in regards to Hellblade armor, but it's not great considering the better options in the game have natural white already. I mean fuck, Hellblade weapons are just that, use the parts to make them instead of the armor.
