Paladin was struggling class for the longest time except several months of MC performance. It was terrible in Classic and Naxx. Explorers League is the best since Reno and Brann are great cards. The others Legendaries are mildly good and there are some good 'Discover' minions you want from that

The aggro, midrange, and control core are rotating out. The combo support already rotated out with standard.
If no big cards are added in the expansion that triggers rotation, shaman will be even worse than paladin and hunter are now.
As in, it won't even have a buildable deck, much less a playable or viable one.

The jade package is a package that has to piggyback on a strong beatdown deck. By itself it's non-functional and can't win a game.
The totem token archetype is futile without any early plays (imagine taking half the cards out of old miracle rogue and relying completely on 2x violet teacher as a win condition).

The unfortunate part is how healing wave/ED/etc are rotating out too. It was great having another traditional control class around, we needed an alternative to warrior.
Before jade druid reveal i was happy we were gonna get a last hurrah before rotation, chemoing the fuck outta some pirates and goons
Now it's pretty much a wild-only deck

Look, i'm talking about competitiveness, not fun.
In magic terms, most shaman players are Spikes.
They don't have a sentimental attachment to any class, and simply play the best decks they can find.
Right now, tons of them have just switched to rogue.
Are they professional rogue players, or spoiled brat rogues now?

No. The "lowest point" we can actually measure is what i called "tier 0.00%", or "tier non-viable". This doesn't mean nobody plays them at all, just that nobody plays them seriously (ie Spike).
We can't honestly compare these decks because we don't have data from which to draw conclusions.

For the record, as far as i know shaman, mage, and hunter have reached that point too (hunter is there right now).
The only classes that haven't are druid, warlock, warrior, and rogue (rogue came close).

Been playing a lot of Kazakus, and i've come to the conclusion that the best sets you can have are Revive + Health Up or Demon + Health up. The best part of Kazakus of course is that you can choose whatever you want to fit the situation, of course. I find those two the most reliable for Kazakus of course. Also, do NOT run Mirror Image in a Kazakus deck.

Aggro is the best way to rank up by far, if that's all you want.

I have 100 wins until I have golden Rogue. I will then have golden everything.

Then I will dust all my cards and only play golden basic decks and arena.
