The price has never been much of a factor for me, personally. I just like the mechanics of some poverty games a bit more than others. I mean, SFV is still my main game with the most time spent played due to having more players, but I love messing around in Nitroplus and VF because they're so different from SF. That, and you have a chance to fight the best and most dedicated players early on.

A lot of stuff is not bad or even good, but there's some things I don't like.
In my short experience with the game, here's how to make skullgirls good:

-make the game a 3 buttons game
-take away IPS
-take away EVERYTHING RESTANDS LOL

The game is shallow, boring, limited.

I mean did you watch the Iron King's cup last week?

Every single game, you just have 2 players doing the same shit all day.
Like once you see one player doing one combo, it's the same combo you see him doing in every game.

All you do in this game is whiff punish and juggle 50% of the lifebar (if not more).
I thought it was a meme before, but it's not, it's literally how Tekken is played.

So sure, the game is very flashy, but gameplay wise, it's laughable.


And I mean it, whoever doesn't believe me, or doesn't agree, show me again in that last tournament, one game where the two players don't do the same stupid move/launcher/juggle combo every second.


If you watch P.Ling vs Canis match, people kept saying the second fight that Ling finally adapted to Canis, but all he did, is just chose to block when he had to, and launch with the same jumping kick move.

This is Tekken, momentum > Spacing > Punish > Combo.

What makes things even more hilarious, is when you hear one of these idiots telling you that in VF people mash and it's all random.

Now it's not mashing, it's not random, just because players can show initiative and variety in meta doesn't mean they don't know what they are doing, it just means that everybody has his own playstyle.
